I entered the locksmith trade in 2016 and formed Petrone Locksmith LLC in 2020 because I was tired of hearing the same stories: locksmiths who wouldn't answer the phone, showed up late, and charged more than they quoted. I knew there had to be a better way.
What hooked me wasn't the locks. It was the people. The relief on someone's face when they can finally get into their car. The peace of mind when a single mom knows her new deadbolt is solid. The thank-you from a business owner after we fixed their security nightmare.
How I Work
- You can reach me directly. No national call-center runaround. You talk with me about what you need.
- I tell you the price before I start. No "well, now that I've opened it up..." surprises.
- I respect the schedule we agree on. If timing changes, I communicate it.
- I don't upsell. If your lock just needs a $15 part, I'll tell you that. Not everyone needs a $300 smart lock.
