I requested my front door lock be fixed, and possibly a deadbolt installation. Mary was able to fit me into her schedule the very same day and after meeting her and getting a quote, I had her install the deadbolt too. She was pleasant, did quick and good work, and was reasonably priced. My only reason for not giving all 5 stars was because she didn't clean up the shavings on my floor and front porch.
